How can I contact
you?
Please email enquiries@oxygenshop.net with any questions
you may have. Normally we will respond within 24
hours.
What choice of
trees and shrubs is there ?
A choice of thirty
five at present, but if you prefer not to specify
we will choose for you so that the tree species
enhances the woodland mixture.
The choices are:
Alder, Ash, Aspen,
Beech, Downy Birch, Silver Birch, Blackthorn,
Broom, Alder Buckthorn, Bird Cherry, Wild Cherry,
Crab Apple, Dogwood, Elder, Gorse, Guelder Rose,
Hawthorn, Midland Hawthorn, Hazel, Holly,
Hornbeam, Small Leaved Lime, Field Maple, Common
Oak, Sessile Oak, Osier, Black Poplar (the poplar
can only be planted in the second season after
ordering to allow us to source the rare local
native tree) Dog Rose, Field Rose, Mountain Ash
or Rowan, Willow - several species - Crack, Goat,
Grey, White, and Yew.
How do I know you
will plant the tree or trees I order ?
We promise !
All trees are planted to a planting
plan. These plans are kept. They show the
species planted and the name of the person that
bought it. These plans can be checked
against planting in the new woodland. Other
people may see a name on the planting plan , but
no other personal details are ever revealed
unless this is specifically requested.
It is possible to ask
that no name is kept on the plan if you prefer.
Can I request
that apple trees or rare species like black
poplar are planted ?
Yes, there is room in
the orchard to plant apple trees. Rare
species can be chosen.
What are the
visiting arrangements ?
Planting days are
arranged during the planting season. Dates
are arranged for this in October of each year.
Visits at other times are by arrangement.
How many trees
can I choose ?
From one to
many. We generally plant the same species
in a small group within the woods as this
promotes growth. If you choose a range of
species we will plant them in their optimum
growing position. Please contact us if your
intended purchase is over £300 as we are able to
offer discounts. Electronic payments are limited
to a maximum of £300.
Is it possible to
plant a Memorial Tree?
We are able to offer
this service by special arrangement, but
depending on your requirements. We realise this
may be a sensitive matter. Please email.
Is payment on the
web secure? How can I place an order?
Payment online is
through a very secure site run by our secure and
reputable UK payment processor, Nochex. You can
pay by credit or debit card with confidence. If
you prefer to send us a cheque by mail, there are
forms you can print for exactly this purpose .

Whilst
every care has been taken in the
preparation of the information herein, it
is given in good faith, and no
responsibility can be taken for any loss
or damage caused.
We
may, at times, have to vary from the
detail herein due to circumstances beyond
our control, eg. exceptional weather
conditions in the planting season could
cause planting delays due to snow or
frost.
Certificates
that are purchased as part of one of our
gifts are processed and prepared by hand.
Please allow 28 days for delivery before
contacting us. Every effort will be made
to send them as soon as possible.
